Terms and conditions

Bookings may be secured by either telephoning and providing card details or by sending a deposit by cheque, made payable to 'Rosemount Guest House' for the value of the first nights stay.

Once a booking has been secured a letter or email of confirmation will be issued.

Rosemount accepts payment by cash, debit or credit card, cheque or travellers cheque. Please note a surcharge of £1.50 is payable on credit card transactions.

Rooms are available between 4.00 and 6.30pm on the day of arrival. We would request guests who anticipate arriving outside of these times to advise us.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Our cancellation policy

A reservation once made by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone is a legally binding contract

A cancellation made seven or more nights prior to the arrival date will forfeit the value of the first nights stay. If a cancellation is made less than seven days prior to the arrival date the total value of the booking becomes due. However, in either case if we are able to re-let the room there will be NO CHARGE for any nights re-let other than for any expenses incurred.

If Guests fail to arrive without notification the full amount of the booking becomes payable.

IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER ANY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
